SIZING OF THE PERSON TO REGISTER

IT IS IMPORTANT TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE. We do not guarantee that you will be able to change the size once registration is complete.

This includes a t-shirt, a pair of trousers, and socks from the Nike brand, so if in doubt, we recommend trying on an item from the same brand to get it right.

AUTHORIZATIONS

They must always carry in a pocket of their sports clothing a photocopy of DNI / Passport of the child, of the parent, guardian or carer and a photocopy of the health insurance card of the enrolled.

If not, indicate in the following section the person or persons authorised to pick up the child.

You must specify the name, surname and relationship of the authorised person

It is mandatory for the organisation to have your consent in order to publish or use photographs of your children.

Without your consent, your child will not appear in any of the photographs of this campus and will not participate in the group photograph.

Since the right to one’s own image is recognised in article 18.1 of the constitution regulated by law 5 / 1982, of 5 May, on the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one’s own image, the campus management requests the consent of parents or legal guardians to be able to publish photographs where their children appear clearly identifiable.

I authorise that the registered person may appear in photographs corresponding to activities carried out by the organisation of this campus, as well as in publications, web, exhibitions in panels and fairs in which reference is made to the activity developed.*

DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”), we inform you that the personal data and information that you incorporate into the electronically enabled form (“Data”) will be incorporated into a file of personal data owned by the organisation. The purpose of processing your Data is to process your registration request for the campus.

The questions included in the form are voluntary, except those marked with an asterisk (*) which are mandatory. If you do not answer the mandatory questions, the organisation reserves the right not to process incomplete requests.

Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of our privacy policy and our Competition Regulations, by marking the box at the end of the text, is an essential requirement for you to be able to register and participate in this event.

Completing the fields for email address and mobile phone implies your express consent to receive communications from the organisation via email or sms for purposes related to this campus.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation at Plaza de la Iglesia without number, San Carlos de Peralta, Ibiza, (Spain), or through the email address: barcaacademyibiza@gmail.com

CONDITIONS

1 – Once the request has been made you have a period of 3 days for us to receive the payment. Otherwise, your registration will be automatically cancelled.

2 – As of 20 APRIL, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded in the event of cancellation, and only if it is due to injury or a duly documented force majeure. This information will be validated and verified on an individual basis.

3 – In the event of cancellation once the camp has begun, there will be no entitlement to any refund.

4 – If a refund is necessary, it will be processed at the conclusion of Barça Academy Camps Ibiza 2025.
